Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 21, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Catchavo ("we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and marketing pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. We also use similar technologies (e.g., local storage) where noted. They help the Service remember preferences, keep you signed in, and—only with consent—support optional analytics.
3. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary (essential). Required for the site and app to function: security, load balancing, session and authentication (e.g., Supabase session cookies on the dashboard). These do not require consent under EU/UK ePrivacy rules where they are strictly necessary to provide a service you requested.
Preferences. Remember choices such as language or cookie consent (we may store your consent in localStorage for the cookie banner).
Analytics (optional). If we enable product analytics (e.g., to understand page usage), we will only load those scripts after you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner, where required by law. Until then, no non-essential analytics cookies are set by Catchavo.
4. Your choices
When you first visit our public pages, you can accept all optional cookies, choose essential-only, or use "Manage" for more detail. You can change browser settings to block or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies may break login or security features.
5. California, UK, and EEA
We describe use of personal data in our Privacy Policy. For UK/EEA visitors, non-essential cookies and similar storage may rely on your consent, as required by the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive (implemented in national law). California residents should see our Privacy Policy for CPRA rights.
